COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for collecting personal payments from patients receiving inpatient and outpatient services through CMH. They are in the office, Monday—Friday, to answer any questions patients have about the billing process. Their goal is to always act in a professional manner while helping people with the collection process. They maintain billing records and are directly accountable to the CEO at CMH.
