Instructions for Registering with ADP

If you do not have a log-in, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Click on the ADP logo on the left
(or go to www.workforcenow.adp.com)
2. Click on Register Here under First Time User
3. The Registration Code is: ChoctawMH-1234
4. Set up account with CMH? Click Yes.
5. Enter First and Last Name. Enter Last 4 digits of SSN. Enter Birth month and day. Click
Confirm.
6. A box will appear that is confirming your name. Click register now.
7. Enter email address. Enter mobile number (optional). Create your User ID and
Password. Select and answer security questions. Check box to accept Terms and Conditions. Click Register Now.
8. You should receive 2 emails from ADP. The first one will show you your user name
and a link to the website. The second one is asking you to activate your email address. Click on the link to activate email address. After activating, close window.
9. Go to the ADP website and Log-In using the information that you just created. 10. The handbook and other materials are located under the Company News and
Announcements Section on the home screen. You must click on appropriate link and it will display on the screen.
